Custom Wig Construction

KCIC Beauty creates custom wigs based on approved specifications and hair suitability. You may supply your own hair for review, or request hair supplied by KCIC Beauty for an additional charge.

Individual project planning, design approval and wig construction tailored to your requested specifications.

Customer-Supplied Hair

Submit hair details for review before shipping or arranging a local drop-off. Acceptance is subject to review.

Hair Sourcing Option

Ask us to supply hair for an additional quoted fee, subject to availability and approval.

Transparent pricing

Custom Wig Projects: $1,000–$1,500

Consultation and design: $250–$500, credited toward the approved custom wig total—not an additional charge. Exact fees and project pricing are confirmed before payment. Hair supplied by KCIC Beauty and any shipping charges are additional when applicable.

How it works

Your custom experience

01 · Request a quote. Tell us about your desired wig and hair source. We will review your request and confirm the consultation and design fee before invoicing.
02 · Consultation and approval. The consultation and design fee is credited toward the total quoted project price.
03 · Deposit and hair receipt. After approval, pay 50% of the remaining balance. Ship approved hair or arrange a local drop-off; do not send hair before receiving instructions.
04 · Construction. Estimated 10–15 business days after the approved specifications, required payments and acceptable hair are received. Timing is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
05 · Final payment and fulfillment. Pay the remaining balance before shipping or scheduled local pickup.
